A FLAT has been boarded up today due to anti-social behaviour.
A closure order has been imposed on a first floor flat on Old Road in Latchford after a series of incidents.
PC Pitt from Warrington Central Beat team applied to the courts for the closure due to occupants ‘committing and attracting anti-social behaviour, crime and disorder throughout the day and night’.
The disturbance was having ‘a detrimental impact on the residents in the community’, the court heard.
Cheshire Police and Torus housing worked in partnership to obtain the closure order.
A full closure order was granted by Warrington Magistrates' Court for three months and is in place from Friday, August 19.
