HUNDREDS of residents watched a hurricane flypast a Rixton pub over the weekend.
There was an RAF flypast on Saturday at The Black Swan pub in Rixton as part of the classic car day organised by general manager Martin Hughes.
It took place around 2pm.
The hurricane flew down the River Irwell from the direction of Wythenshawe and then over the Manchester Road pub before completing four low swoops over the garden.
As part of the day, the popular pub hosted a classic show, there were several bouncy castles, a Punch and Judy show as well as lots of food and drink.
