IF you haven’t seen his moves before on a football pitch, you can now see them on the popular social media platform TikTok.
Longborn-born footballer Jesse Lingard, who is leaving his boyhood club Manchester United at the end of June when he is out of contract, has moved onto TikTok spreading the fun with his dance videos.
He has previously celebrated goals with popular dance moves – including the moonwalk at Emirates Stadium – and he is now putting the shapes moves on the platform.
After sharing his videos four days ago, Lingard, a former William Beamont High School pupil, has now amassed more than 750,000 followers and 2.6m likes after opening with a group dance in Times Square in New York – not Time Square in Warrington we must say.
And his two most recent videos, involving dances with friends, see him taking to the moonwalk once again as well as starting a dance challenge and inviting other creators to duet the video.
@jesselingard It’s a vibe! You’ve seen the tutorial now show me your duets! 🥶🕺🏽 #DanceChallenge #JlingzOnTikTok ♬ original sound - Jesse Lingard
