RESIDENTS in Birchwood and Culcheth celebrated the Queen's Platinum Jubilee in style over the Bank Holiday weekend, last week.
From street parties, to school events, residents were out in force over the long weekend to celebrate the Queen's 70 years on the throne.
In true British fashion, residents took to the streets with their neighbours to celebrate the landmark event.
Many street parties continued well into the evening, as this photo from Falstone Close shows.
There was a full house of celebrations for the bingo club at Gorse Covert Primary School:
Suffice it to say that residents across the neighbourhoods were out enjoying themselves over the long weekend, raising a glass to "Her Maj."
It looks as though a brilliant weekend was had by all in Birchwood and Culcheth to celebrate 70 years of the Queen's reign.
