TWO men have been jailed for drug supply offences at Creamfields.
Guillermo Marchant was caught after smuggling substances into the Daresbury dance music festival in Kinder Surprise eggs.
The 27-year-old – of Warton in Lancashire – was found with fake MDMA pills, as well as a small quantity of cocaine and cannabis, on the Thursday of last summer’s event.
He admitted attempting to possess ecstasy with intent to supply, possession of cocaine and possession of cannabis and was locked up for two years on Monday, June 6.
Judge Michael Leeming also ordered the forfeiture of the drugs, a mobile phone and two Kinder eggs.
Meanwhile, Robbie Burns was caged for three years at the same court by judge Patrick Thompson on Thursday, June 9, after he pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to supply.
The 25-year-old, of Saltcoats in Scotland, was caught with a quantity of class A drugs at the festival site on Saturday, August 28 last year.
