A NEW family-owned autocentre opened in the town centre will create 10 full-time jobs.
The Warrington branch of Formula One Autocentres has opened on School Brow Retail Park and bosses say they are excited to be able to bring new jobs to the economy.
The business, which has opened in the former The Office Outlet site, will generate 10 full-time positions within the town.
Simon Jennings, digital director at Formula One Autocentres, said: “We are thrilled to be opening our new site in Warrington which will be servicing people’s cars who live in Great Sankey, Latchford, Walton, Birchwood and the surrounding areas.
“There is a huge demand for our services in and around these areas and its always exciting for us to be able to open a new site, so we are looking forward to the date.
“It will not only be a great boost to local employment, but we have also invested a lot of time and planning into creating the garage.
“We will be proud to be able to offer employment to a number of very talented mechanics and back-office staff, and run it to the highest of standards,” he said.
“We take great pride in each of our branches, and this one shows the need for our services in key areas in the UK, which we carefully choose.”
The new garage for motorists is open seven days a week with the following opening hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 6pm
- Saturday: 8.30am – 5pm
- Sunday: 10am – 4pm
