A WARRINGTON woman has opened a new barber’s shop.

Michelle Rathbone opened her own barber’s on Tuesday after being a barber for 26 years.

The barber’s is completely run and managed by Michelle, after she wanted to venture into her own sole business.

Michelle said: “I’ve always worked for other people, so when this became available, I jumped at it because I’ve always wanted my own business.

“I’ve had a couple of my customers come from my previous job, and some have said they’re going to call.”

The small business is called M.R Barber Shop and is located on Brighton Street in Whitecross.
