A RAPIST has been jailed for nearly seven years after admitting sexual offences.
Joshua Foote, of Newhaven Road in Orford, raped and sexually assaulted a woman during the incident in June 2019.
The 24-year-old was handed six years and eight months behind bars on Monday, February 21, having pleaded guilty to rape and sexual assault.
He was also told to sign the sex offenders’ register for life and ordered to pay a £170 victim surcharge.
