M56 slip road to southbound M6 has now reopened following accident
AN accident has caused delays on the M56.
A vehicle left the carriageway at junction 9 onto the M6 at the Lymm interchange.
The eastbound lane was closed on the slip road to the M6 southbound.
The accident has now been cleared, the eastbound lane has reopened and traffic has returned to normal.
