A NEW Mediterranean pub and restaurant is aiming to raise £2,500 for High Legh Pre School Nursery.
Ego at The Green Dragon in Lymm – formerly The Green Dragon pub – is undergoing a major refurbishment and they are looking to support the nursery as part of their opening.
The new owners are holding two charity nights on Tuesday, 26 and Wednesday, October 27 before opening fully.
Residents can enjoy two courses from the a la carte menu for a £17.95 donation with all the money being donated to the pre-school to support their fundraising efforts.
Jon Mensforth, General Manager for Ego at The Green Dragon said: “We are thrilled to be opening in Lymm and cannot wait to be a part of this amazing community.
“We are hoping that with the charity nights we will raise around £2,500 for High Legh Pre School Nursery who make a real difference in supporting the communities children and families.”
Bookings for the charity nights are on a first-come, first-served basis and can be made online here.
The Mill Lane pub and restaurant will then be fully open to the public from 11am on Thursday, October 28.
