GREEK street food described as good enough for the gods of Olympus will be available at the Cockhedge Centre from Saturday.
After its success in Leigh, Greek Traditional Souvlaki is launching in Warrington in front of Asda and will be open from 10am.
Souvlaki is a Greek fast food consisting of small pieces of meat and sometimes vegetables grilled on a skewer.
The business originally started as a pop-up stall at festivals but its popularity quickly grew beyond that.
Andreas and Marianna Tsourdiou said: "We are a small family business and we are bringing our authentic Greek souvlaki recipes to the UK.
"Everything is chargrilled from the meats to the pitta bread and vegetables.
"We started with festivals but during Covid we had to open something permanent to make a living. We started in Leigh but we became really popular.
"People were visiting us from Warrington and were asking for us to come there and finally, after hard work, here we are.
"We serve Greek souvlakis with dietary options for all, popular Greek dishes, desserts to go and we also have a small deli corner.
"Food of the gods of Olympus is in Warrington!"
