TODAY is A-level results day and the Warrington Guardian were there to capture the students reactions.
Teens across the town were up and out early to collect their results.
There were lots of happy faces as the BBC revealed top grades for A-level results for England, Wales and Northern Ireland have reached a record high, with 44.8 per cent getting A* or A grades.
Lymm High School head teacher, Gwyn Williams, said: "Feeling very proud of all the students.

"They have had such a challenging year not just academically but socially as well.
"They've responded superbly, they've been so mature and resilient and so fantastic.
Thomas Shaw is heading to the University of Oxford to study chemistry.
"They absolutely deserve the grades they've got today.
"We already know the vast majorities have their first choice universities and today is making sure they can make the next steps they want to take.
"We are so proud of them."
Birchwood College students and staff are celebrating as the college received a 100 per cent pass rate on their level three programmes - of which 80 per cent were graded distinction to merit and 78 per cent achieved a top grade of distinction or distinction star.
Harry Smith and Gwen Tavernier both received three A*'s. Harry is off to the University of East Anglia whilst Gwen heads to the University of Edinburgh.
James Gresty, principal of Priestley, said: "It really is about being ever so proud of what these students have achieved.
"They've had so much disruption since March last year but they have managed incredibly well and whatever they're are moving on to today we want to celebrate each student.
Lymm Sixth Form students tried to contain their nerves before they collected their results.
"Each individual is important and each individual student needs their reward.
"We are very very proud of what they have done and thankful to all the staff here for supporting them."
