This Vauxhall Insignia was seized by police after the driver was caught speeding on the M62
A DRIVER was caught speeding on the M62 with front and rear fog lights on.
North West Motorway Police seized the Vauxhall Insignia and and said the driver's licence would be revoked due to previous speeding offences.
The driver had been prosecuted for speeding in his first two years on the road.
