PLANS to turn a former hair salon on a main road into apartments have been withdrawn.
An application for planning permission had been submitted to Warrington Borough Council in order to turn the derelict Rosheen’s Hair and Beauty unit, on Lovely Lane in Whitecross, into seven flats.
Under the proposals, the single-storey portion of the premises would be converted into a flat – with a two-storey extension constructed to create seven flats in total.
The scheme was submitted to Warrington Borough Council but this week planning officers confirmed the scheme had been withdrawn.
