DO aliens exist and do they study us in flying saucers under the cover of darkness?
Or is it all a nonsense? The truth is out there, as Fox Mulder once said.
UFOs - or unidentified flying objects - prowling the skies may sound far fetched but there are thousands of believers.
And our fascination with aliens have prompted some of the best films and TV shows from E.T to Arrival.
Today is World UFO Day so we have taken a look at the data from UFO Stalker - a sighting map for strange phenomena - to explore some of the sightings that have been reported in Warrington over 20 years.
Altogether, UFO Stalker has logged 110,887 sightings, including 4,842 in the past year alone, and while many or even most may be bogus it does make you wonder...
