TEENAGE pupils celebrating leaving school are being warned not to go out drinking.

This stash of beer and spirits has been seized by officers from south Warrington policing team during the last few hours.

Many year 11 pupils have been drinking alcohol to mark their last day in school today.

A Cheshire Police spokesman said: "Whilst we want year 11 pupils to enjoy their final school day, possession of alcohol will not be tolerated.

"This is a sample of what we have seized from youngsters so far."
