Birchwood Shopping Centre will be welcoming three new stores this month as they open their doors following the latest easing of lockdown restrictions.
Visitors to the centre will be able to shop at One Below, Have a Heart Foundation and OOPS.
One Below is the country’s newest discount store chain, which was created by the original founders of Poundworld and will sell 5,000 items for £1 or less.
Have a Heart Foundation, opened in 2013 by Dr Christopher Hale and his brother Eric, who wanted to support cardiomyopathy research and the retail stores help raise important funds for the charity by selling ex high street goods including furniture, electrical appliances and homeware.
OOPS is a new concept in food retails offering products that would otherwise be wasted.
The company has more than 600 lines of low price items having repacked food that is perfectly safe but may have ended up in the clearance section of shops.
Manager John Magee at Birchwood Shopping Centre said: “We’re thrilled to be welcoming back our shoppers especially with three new retailer additions to the centre, each offering something new for our loyal customer base.
“Despite the challenges we have all faced in the last year, we continue to both support our existing retailers and strive to attract new and exciting stored to the centre.
“Like everyone, we are looking forward to a better and brighter 2021 and we’re excited to see our shoppers back at Birchwood Shopping Centre.”
