SUBWAY has revealed its new Christmas sandwich – and it is 6ft long.
The Pig In Blanket Sub includes 36 pigs in blankets, 64 slices of American cheese, 24 slices of red onion, 96 slices of tomato and 96 slices of mixed peppers, all laid on a bed of spinach in a plaited roll of Subway’s new tiger bread with southwest sauce.
The extra large sub will 'feed up to three households' as a little nod to the government's relaxed Christmas coronavirus rules over a five-day festive period.
The 6ft sub is being trialled from December 9 in selected Subways in Manchester, London and Northern Ireland and will be rolled out to more stores if it is a success.
In the meantime you can grab the regular Pig In Blanket Sub which is available in six-inch and foot-long servings.
