GOLFERS hit it off when they took part in a charity event at Congleton Golf Club.
Around £1,000 was raised at the Spinal Foundation Annual Golf Day for the Congleton charity, which helps people suffering from back pain, sciatica or neck pain.
Among the golfers were Spinal Foundation medical director Doctor Martin Knight and Congleton Golf Club PGA professional Andrew Preston.
Jason Wakefield and Phil Bottomley from One For Instrumentation Ltd took third place, Richard and Philip Warburton from Warburton Brothers ranked second and Lee Riley and Julian Tomlinson from Alps scooped first prize.
Julian also won the individual prize and longest drive and Tony Caulfield scored nearest the pin.
