THESE are the areas of Warrington which have the highest number of confirmed coronavirus cases.
Displayed on an interactive map, UK boroughs have been broken down into smaller areas to allow councils to see which localities are experiencing rises in case numbers and act accordingly.
The cases are highlighted per ‘middle layer super output area’, which is a system used by the Office for National Statistics and is slightly larger than a postcode area.
The map uses figures from a seven-day period that have been sourced from Public Health England, based on pillars one and two of the Government's testing programme.
At the time of writing, the map displayed the number of cases confirmed between September 29 and October 5.
Data for the most recent days is excluded as it is incomplete and likely to be revised.
