FIREFIGHTERS tackled an arson attack on a car in Croft last night, Monday.
A fire engine from Birchwood Fire Station responded to the arson on Sandy Brown Lane at 9pm.
Crews used two hose reel jets and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the flames.
The fire is believed to have been started deliberately and anyone with further information should call Cheshire Police on 101 quoting IML 233039 or via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
