TRAFFIC wardens seem to be making their presence felt in Penketh.
Police Community Support Officer Joanne Lawson told the Penketh Community Action Meeting held at the high school: "I saw a traffic warden ticketing all the cars in Honiton Square on the pavement, so she is out and about."
