WATER giants United Utilities have helped with the flooding problems in the south of England.
The company, based in Great Sankey, sent five tankers to Gloucestershire to help to move water supplies safely around the area along with a mobile incident centre.
Mike Hayes, emergency transport coordinator, said: "I think we have all seen the TV footage of the flooding problems and everyone just wants to help.
"I have had no shortage of willing volunteers."
