A PLAN to build sheltered accommodation for the elderly has been resurrected in Lymm.
Earlier this year, councillors turned down a scheme to flatten Rushgreen Filling Station on Rushgreen Road and replace it with a block of 52 homes for the elderly.
Developers McCarthy and Stone have submitted the new plans.
Councillors said they wanted the scheme to include affordable housing to help first-time buyers stay in the village.
