SCOUTS from Warrington are preparing to enjoy an adventure of a lifetime on a 10-day Jamboree taking place at Hylands Park in Chelmsford, from Friday.
Prince William and the Duke of Kent will be attending the opening ceremony of the 21st World Scout Jamboree on Saturday.
The event will be the culmination of months of fundraising and teambuilding preparations and brings together more than 200 nationalities to take part in the adventure, fun and challenges the organisation offers.
A troup of six Scouts from the Warrington area will be attending and will gain an invaluable insight into the diverse culture of their contemporaries.
