Biography submitted by Sly Digs.
With one of the best band names in town, Sly Digs are, in their own words essentially and some might say, the essential 'Warrington Rock 'n' Roll band'.
In a town and time when being a rock and roll band means doffing your cap to Pete Doherty and Carl Barat and waving, over enthuastically, at Jagger, Richards and Townsend, Sly Digs tick all the right boxes.
At a moment in time when The View (Dundee), The Enemy (Coventry) and The Twang (Birmingham) are continuing to fly the flag for local boys making it nationwide. Sly Digs bring to the local scene a big slice of 'mid-noughties rock 'n' roll nihilism'.
Singing about the boys at the back instigating fights and days that yesterday no longer cares for. Writing songs with swagger, such as Ballad Of Sly Digs, these Warrington liberteenies are certainly getting quite a following.
