Students at Appleton College enjoyed the free dance workshop from Rambert Dance Company
STUDENTS at Appleton College enjoyed a free dance workshop from a leading organisation.
Rambert Dance Company is currently celebrating its 90th birthday and to celebrate it ran a competition offering nine colleges the chance to have a free session.
Head of dance Nicola Hughes won the competition for the college.
It led to Effie Ward, from Rambert, staging last month’s event at the college, which is based at Bridgewater High School’s upper site, on Broomfields Road.
Staff said it provided students with ‘lots of ideas, encouragement and support’.
Students also helped to create an infographics poster for Rambert.
