TERRY Newton of Bradford Bulls needs three tries for a career century of touchdowns in club and representative matches.
The hooker has scored six for Leeds Rhinos, 74 Wigan Warriors, 13 Bradford and four in representative matches.
He also played two matches on loan at Bramley without scoring.
His 97 tries have come in 328 appearances.
Newton has scored five hat-tricks, including two four-try feats.
A former Wigan St. Judes amateur, Newton made his senior professional debut for Leeds Rhinos in a 36-22 home Super League defeat of Sheffield Eagles on 24 April 1996. He was 17 years six months old.
After four seasons, including a two-match loan spell at Bramley, he joined Wigan Warriors and made his debut for them in a 98-4 RL Challenge Cup fourth round home defeat of Whitehaven Warriors on 13 February 2000, scoring a try. Newton moved on to Bradford and made his debut for the Bulls in a 52-18 engage Super League home defeat of Huddersfield Giants, scoring a try, on 18 May 2006.
