PLANS have been submitted to open a takeaway at Longbarn Local Centre.
An application to transform the rear of the building at the centre into a takeaway has been submitted by Mehmet Tekagac.
The takeaway would be open from 4-11pm seven days a week, creating five jobs.
A consultation on the plans runs until Wednesday March 30.
