THE beginning of the festive season was welcomed at Westbrook Old Hall Primary School with a traditional Christingle service.
Pupils from the school on Old Hall Road created their own Christingle to showcase during the assembly.
Teachers held lessons earlier in the month to teach the children about the true meaning of Christmas in the run up to the service.
