BRIDGEWATER Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has achieved a 99 per cent patient satisfaction rate among Warrington residents.
The trust, which provides more than 35 community health services in the town and other parts of the north west, has scored a 99 per cent satisfaction rate from patients who filled in feedback forms over the 2014/15 period.
Of the 4,337 Warrington patients surveyed 97 per cent said they would recommend the trust to friends or family.
Bridgewater’s director of people and organisational development Christine Samosa said: “We are pleased to announce these patient satisfaction results as we mark our first year as an NHS foundation trust – this recent feedback demonstrates the commitment and passion of our staff in ensuring that we provide the best patient care possible.
“We look forward to working with local people and partners over the coming year to further improve our services and to ensure our trust is patient-centred, community-focused and a leading provider of healthcare service in the north west.”
