Traffic slowed after serious crash
A MOTORCYCLIST has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a crash in Stockton Heath this morning, Monday.
Emergency services were called at 6.40am to the junction of London Road and Walton Road following the accident.
It involved a Jaguar and a Yamaha motorbike.
The motorcyclist is in a serious condition in hospital.
The junction, near to the Mulberry Tree pub in the centre of the village, was closed in all directions while fuel was cleared from the road and is now open.
