RECOVERY work is under way after strong winds caused disruption across the town this weekend.
Workers have descended on Paddington House Hotel, off Manchester Road near Woolston, to take part in a clean-up after a tree damaged four cars parked outside.
It is believed no one was hurt when the tree fell to the ground.
A yellow weather warning was issued for Warrington and surrounding areas from 9am with winds expected to reach 60mph.
