CHILDREN'S hopes of seeing Father Christmas on Saturday are in jeopardy after 5000 event leaflets were sent out with the wrong venue on.
Jane Henshaw has been busy organising the third Winter Festival which has been held at Warrington Collegiate, where Jane worked as a manager, in the previous two years.
But due to a redundancy this year she booked the latest festival at Padgate Community Centre.
However, after months of planning and expenses, she was informed the venue had been double booked.
She has since secured Warrington Collegiate at an additional cost but the 5000 leaflets have the original venue on.
Residents will get the chance to visit 61 stalls at Warrington Collegiate on Saturday and youngsters will get the chance to meet Father Christmas in his grotto.
Entry and parking is free.
The event will take place from 11am to 4pm.
