I had a quick ride over to Riverside Retail Park today before going home.

But to my great surprise there were no bike racks (that I could see) so I had to lock it up round a sign post and hope theives were too weak too lift up and over.

Considering the retail park has 'funky' shops like Borders, and at least two sports/sportswear shops, this seemed a pretty big omission.

No-one ones going to cycle if they don't kow they can secure their bike at the end of the journey.

But if you want some sportswear at knockdown prices then a McDonalds, the facilities are excellent.
