THE developer behind a new 14-home construction in Lower Walton has introduced measures to ensure sellers can enjoy a 'speedier' move.
Elan Homes is constructing the four and five-bedroom properties at its Hall Gardens site, off Chester Road.
The firm said the homes have been 'highly anticipated' and in response to demand it has released properties for sale 'off plan'.
Two of the homes were reserved at the earliest opportunity and as building work progresses it's sparking further interest from prospective purchasers.
But sales director Marie Morris believes some may be concerned that they will be held back from moving if they have a house to sell.
However, she has revealed details of Elan's plans going forward.
She said: "There's a real sense of urgency amongst those who want to purchase a property at Hall Gardens.
"Following the sell-out success of our homes in nearby Croft, some people are worried they will miss out on a move here because they're yet to sell their current property.
"With home.co.uk suggesting the average home in the Warrington area is on the market for almost five months, homeowners could face an anxious wait as by the time they've sold up someone else may have purchased the property they want to buy.
"To help remove that uncertainty and speed up the selling and buying process, we're offering move-making incentives such as Easy Move and in certain circumstances part-exchange."
