A WANTED man has been tracked down by Cheshire Police after officers were called out to investigate a disturbance at Birchwood Dental Practice today, Wednesday.
Police had received reports at 10.50am of a man who was alleged to have been acting aggressively in the waiting room of the dentists on Benson Road.
When police arrived at the scene the 25-year-old man had attempted to lock himself in the waiting room and refused to leave until he had his aching tooth removed.
Police carried out a number of security checks on the man and it was uncovered that he was currently wanted by Greater Manchester Police on suspicion of criminal damage following an incident in Eccles.
He was arrested at the scene and has been taken into custody.
In spite of his demands, his tooth has yet to be removed.
