I have covered most of this qustion in my last answer but we are consulting the public in this exercise.
It is a genuine public consultation and no decisions have been taken. If the people of the town don't want health centres they won't go ahead.
If GP practices want to offer a wider range of services and longer opening hours the PCT will be delighted to speak to them about this.
