Because it's our job to make the health service work as well as possible for the people of the town. At the moment the system is not as efficient as it could be and there is lots of scope for doing things better.
GPs do a great job as do the hospital and mental health trust along with lots of others in the health and social care system.
The more efficient the system the more money there is spend on your health care.
