LATCHFORD: PUPILS at a Latchford high school are celebrating after a project they are involved with was nominated for a prestigious award.
Youngsters at Sir Thomas Boteler Community High School have been involved with the Canal Boat Adventure Project, which has been nominated for the Spirit of Merseyside Award.
The canal boat-based project has been running for six years and gets young people involved in drama, music, arts projects and volunteering, and works closely with Kids and Co, an educational charity in Berlin.
