THREE Culcheth schoolchildren have made their teachers and parents proud by raising money for the British Heart Foundation.
Emma Shields and Alex Tattershall, both aged 10, and Seraphina Lyons, aged 11, did a sponsored run and sold cakes, fruit and BHF badges at school and Link Club.
The girls were presented with special certificates of appreciation by the charity's Shirley McNally in assembly on Monday last week after raising £217.58.
