TWO people from Newton were among the people given banning orders by the St Helens Pubwatch scheme.
A 33-year-old woman was given a 12-month ban for being drunk and disorderly and assault by the Pubwatch Committee, who met earlier this month.
Meanwhile a 23-year-old man from Newton was also given a 12-month ban for being drunk and disorderly and attempted criminal damage.
If these banning orders are broken Merseyside Police and St Helens Pubwatch Committee could consider applying for an Anti-social Behaviour Order.
