A STOCKTON Heath supermarket is giving customers the opportunity to improve the environment.
Morrisons is handing out £50 grants to help community environmental projects in the area.
Projects must improve the environment, involve volunteers, or meet a community need.
Mike Griffiths, store general manager, said: "The funding that Morrisons is giving CSV Action Earth could go towards community environmental projects. I hope that people will come down to our store and get involved."
Volunteers can apply for a grant by visiting Morrisons on Wilderspool Causeway to pick up a CSV Action Earth application pack from its Customer Service desk.
Mike Williams, CSV director of environment said: "We hope that communities will use this opportunity to protect and enhance their environment."
