OUR February meeting opened as usual with the singing of Jerusalem.
After dealing with the business of the afternoon, the trip to the Brindley Theatre, Runcorn, to see a Gilbert and Sullivan Operetta was discussed. The half-yearly council meeting at Winsford was announced and the next craft afternoon, which is held on the last Wednesday of each month, will be bring your own craft'.
Our vice president then introduced our speaker for the afternoon, Mr Roger Haseldine, who gave us an hilarious hour with his talk Laughing at Learning.
