PYTHON Properties has released images of how a run-down tower block will look after a revamp.
The company bought Priestley House in Sankey Street in the town centre in November, and the first office suite is now complete and ready for occupation.
A spokesman for the company said: "The five-storey office block is being transformed.
"The exterior refurbishment will include new double glazed windows throughout, cleaning the brickwork and render and, subject to planning permission, creating a new glazed entrance under the existing canopy.
"The interior refurbishment includes new lighting, heating, carpeting, windows and a high quality ash-wood finish throughout."
