MARK Brown, of Mill Avenue, in Great Sankey, had a community punishment order extended by 20 hours for failing to attend two sessions, Warrington Crown Court heard on Friday.
The 24-year-old was given a five-month suspended prison sentence and 80 hours' community punishment in December for assault causing actual bodily harm and intimidation of a witness.
