A FAMILY race night held at Burtonwood Catholic Club raised nearly £400 for St Paul of the Cross Primary School.
Andrew Cocker, head teacher at St Paul's, said: "The club was packed and we are delighted to announce a profit of £394 was made on the evening. This is £47.50 up on last year's race night.
"A particular word of thanks to the Friends Association Committee for organising the evening and in particular to our chairman Jayne Barton who acted as compere for the evening."
