IN terms of property and tourism in general, Spain has enjoyed a cultural revolution during the past five years and is now one of the most sought after countries in Europe.

The beach houses have floor areas of more than 190sqm and terraces and balconies of more than 100sqm on plots ranging in size from 500sqm to 743sqm.
Prices start at 590,000 euros, rising to 1,200,000 euros for frontline feet in the sand' beachfront properties, of which only two remain available.
