It was the dreaded weigh-in this morning - me and Chris frantically emptying our pockets and taking our shoes off!

I went first and was ecstatic at the fact I'd lost 3lb. It was then Chris' turn, a mix of emotions running through me - If he'd lost more than me then I'd be gutted, but if he'd not lost anything then I think I'd also be gutted - Even though this is a competition, I know he's been through a huge lifestyle change and it can't have been easy for him (especially eating a prawn salad during the football with his mates!). He steps on the scales... he's lost 2lb... RESULT!

So let week 2 begin - I know that you always tend to lose more in your first week, so I'm going to have to be even more disciplined this week to keep the pounds coming off.
