England Academy fullback who enjoyed a fine season in the no.1 jersey for the Wolves Senior Academy in 2006, winning the Wolfpack U21 Player of the Year award; Riley also made four Super League appearances for the Wolves covering both wing and fullback. An elusive runner who is stronger than his build suggests, Riley is Warrington born and joined the club from Woolston Rovers. He graduated through Warrington Service Area teams and came through the Wolves scholarship scheme to feature in the Wolves Junior Academy Grand Final successes in 2003 and 2004. Represented England U17 against the Australian Institute of Sport in 2005, the same season he made a try-scoring debut for England Academy against France.
